All visitors are required to have their fingerprints taken with the nearest Criminal Investigation Department (CID) offices within 1 week of arrival to the country. Whilst the current practice is fingerprints collection when applying for work permits, members are asked to review their processes to fulfil this requirement.
Below are some of the requirements for fingerprints registration. We advise members to consult with relevant authorities for changes/updates in the requirements
- Write introduction letter of the new staff member (position, background of the organisation, reason why)
- RRC registration for NGO
- Tax Clearance of the NGO
- Copy of passport
- Copy of the entry visa
- 4 passport photo size
** There is often a fee for fingerprints collection. Members are asked to confirm the prices with the relevant authorities.
