ECHO ERRM PARTNERS PORTAL

The ECHO ERRM mechanism is intended to pool expertise and capacities across partners for improved and more coordinated preparedness and early response, guided by early warning and contingency plans. The ERRM programme in South Sudan is designed to provide initial lifesaving multi-purpose assistance when other response mechanisms are not yet in place, particularly for rapid onset or rapidly scaled crises.

ERRM teams will also respond to slow-onset crises where there is a lack of capacity or capability for static humanitarian partners or other funding streams to respond and where specific response triggers are met.

This is a repository for Terms of Reference (ToR) between ECHO ERRM partners (DRC, Medair, PAH, and NRC) and the South Sudan NGO Forum relating to the development of an information-sharing platform using the NGO Forum’s current capabilities and managed by the ECHO ERRM partners.
